Service Description

Vendor Space Includes One assigned vendor space Event promotion through Nevermore Events Co Access to community engagement and event foot traffic Opportunity to network with fellow vendors and attendees Vendor Setup Information Setup times vary by event and will be communicated before the event date Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event unless approved by event staff Vendors are responsible for bringing all setup materials needed for operation and comfort Recommended Items: Tent/canopy for outdoor events Tables/chairs Extension cords Lighting Displays/signage Battery packs or generators if preferred Electricity Electricity may be available at select venues for an additional fee paid directly to the venue when applicable. Availability is limited.


Cancellation Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable No-shows will forfeit payment Transfer requests to another event may be considered with advance communication Vendor placement is assigned by event staff Nevermore Events Co reserves the right to deny vendors that do not align with event standards or event themes Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional setup area Weather Policy Outdoor events are considered rain-or-shine unless otherwise announced by the venue or event coordinators.
