Service Description

This fee reserves your space at a professionally coordinated Nevermore Events Co market or event. It supports venue costs, event coordination, marketing, and day-of operations to ensure a seamless experience for vendors and attendees alike. Some events also include a charitable or community-giving component. Payment confirms your participation and helps us continue building elevated, community-driven events.


Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Bartender cancels the event for any reason, the deposit shall be refunded in full to the Client. The couple will be responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Bartender. If the wedding ceremony is cancelled within one week, the couple will be responsible for paying $100 of the total fee. Cancellation due to Impossibility: Either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as an act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, embargo, hazardous situation, or a pandemic the client can reschedule free of charge or cancel
