Service Description
Join Nevermore Events Co. as a participating vendor at one of our curated events and community experiences. Your vendor registration secures your approved space for the selected event and includes: Designated vendor space Pre-event vendor communication Event setup + arrival instructions Event-day vendor check-in Inclusion in applicable event promotion Access to important event updates Please Note: Vendor registration is for approved vendors only. Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, displays, power needs, permits, licenses, insurance, and other requirements applicable to their business or event. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by Nevermore Events Co.
Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable No-shows will forfeit payment Transfer requests to another event may be considered with advance communication Vendor placement is assigned by event staff Nevermore Events Co reserves the right to deny vendors that do not align with event standards or event themes Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional setup area Weather Policy Outdoor events are considered rain-or-shine unless otherwise announced by the venue or event coordinators.
