⏰ Setup & Breakdown

Vendor Setup Begins: 9:00 AM

I will be onsite to assist during setup

Event Ends / Breakdown Begins: 7:00 PM

⚠️ Please do not begin breakdown early unless approved.

⚡ Electricity Notice

Electricity is available through the venue for $10

VERY LIMITED availability

Food trucks will be prioritized

All other vendors: plan to bring your own power source

👉 Do not rely on electricity being available unless confirmed.

💵 Vendor Payments

If you have NOT paid yet, payment must be completed by Thursday

This ensures your spot is secured and helps us finalize event logistics

Bring all necessary supplies (tables, tents, weights, extension cords, etc.)
